WHV Planner (“we”, “us”) helps you prepare for an Australian Working Holiday Visa with daily habits, challenges, a journal and mood check-ins. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts or advertising identifiers, and we do not use your data for tracking or advertising.

How we use it

Where it’s stored

Without an account, your data stays on your device. With an account, it’s stored securely with our backend provider, Supabase, and is only accessible to you. Journal photos are kept in private storage linked to your account.

Mood and wellbeing

Mood check-ins and the depression self-check are for your own reflection. They are not a medical diagnosis, are never shared, and are not used for any other purpose. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a support line such as Lifeline (13 11 14) in Australia.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run WHV Planner (such as hosting and authentication), or when required by law.

Your choices

Children

WHV Planner is intended for people old enough to apply for a Working Holiday Visa (18+). We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we update this policy we’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app.
